01. Honesty and Authenticity

Marriage is built on truth and transparency. Every member must represent themselves accurately.

• Accurate Profiles: Provide your genuine age, location, marital status, and background. Misrepresentation of identity is strictly prohibited.
• Authentic Photos: Profile pictures must clearly show your face. Avoid using heavily filtered, deceptive, or copyrighted stock imagery.
• Individual Accounts: Accounts must be managed solely by the individual seeking marriage (or an authorized wali/family member acting on their behalf with explicit transparency).

02. Respectful and Halal Communication

All interactions on PurelyNikah must adhere to Islamic principles of modesty, dignity, and high character.

• Courteous Tone: Speak with kindness and respect. Harassment, foul language, bullying, or pressure will result in immediate account termination.
• Modest Boundaries: Keep conversations respectful and focused on compatibility for marriage. Inappropriate or explicit content is strictly forbidden.
• Gracious Rejection: If you are not interested in a connection, decline politely or cease messaging. Persistence after a clear rejection is considered harassment.

03. Privacy and Personal Safety

Protecting your personal information is vital when connecting online.

• Protect Sensitive Data: Do not share financial information, bank details, home addresses, or passwords with anyone on the platform.
• Verification: We encourage members to complete our ID Verification process to build trust within the community.
• Meeting Offline: When moving conversations outside the platform, exercise caution, meet in safe public places, and inform a family member or wali of your whereabouts.

04. Prohibited Activities & Commercial Use

PurelyNikah is strictly for personal matrimonial searches. The following activities are grounds for permanent bans:

• Scams and Solicitations: Requesting money, loans, or promoting business ventures, crypto, or external services.
• Fake Profiles & Bots: Creating duplicate accounts or automated scripts.
• Inappropriate Content: Uploading or sharing illicit, offensive, or non-consensual material.

05. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user who violates these guidelines, please report them immediately using the reporting tool on their profile or contact our moderation team. Working together helps keep the PurelyNikah community safe, secure, and beneficial for all members.
